Another night, lost in a crowd of strangers. Neon lights blinkin’, music poundin’ my skull. People grinnin’, bodies grindin’, and me? I’m just some sad sack watchin’ the world go by. Feel like a ghost in a machine, man. Nothin’ but a number, a face in the crowd. Tried to dance once, stepped on some broad’s toe. She looked at me like I’d pissed on her dog. So I just stood there, roll in hand, watchin’ the world get fucked up.

The world’s a noisy bar, filled with a bunch of clowns and wannabes. Everybody talkin’ a big game, but when it comes down to it, they’re all just lookin’ for a warm spot to hide. I don’t need no crowd, no fancy lights, no bullshit. All I need is her. Her eyes, two oceans I could drown in. That’s all I need, the rest of the world can kiss my ass.
